EXA+: Ventilation control - 1

EXA+: Ventilation control For a better technical building EXA+: The air circuit Incoming air. The air intake is in the lower part of the building. The air is then distributed in the house using the ventilation posts EXATOP. The B21 is the only building that offers different solutions to pig farmers with a unique design: Pre-warmed air; cooled air; filtered air; scrubbed air; calorie recycling. Direct air input for temperate climates Pre-heated air input for cold countries EXA+: Output flows The used air from the pig house is extracted from under the concrete duck boards at the ends of the pig house. Effect: Reduced ammonia levels Less pulmonary problems in the animals, and the staff.

EXA+: Ventilation control - 2

EXA+: Ventilation control EXA+: Ventilation operation In summer The air has time to cool before entering the pig houses, thanks to the low air intake. It is the cellar effect. This system reduces the temperature by 4°C to 5°C compared to an air intake system under the roof. Effect: Even oxygenation everywhere in the pig house. In winter The air has the time to warm, the principle being to direct the cool air towards the cushion of warm air and thus retrieve the calories present in the pig house. Effect: The animal has the oxygenation it needs without cooling the pig house.
