Although in essence the Quartz ECO VF is same basic machine as the AFL model, the VF boom gives more versatility when working in areas with obstacles or row crop fields as it can be operated with only one wing boom open. The VF boom is a 3 stage vertical folding boom, the in-cab switch box operates all boom movement functions including boom raise/lower, left boom open/close, right boom open/close, boom lock and boom tilt.
