ARRANCADORA DE PATATAS POTATO DIGGER КОПАТЕЛЬ ДЛЯ КАРТОФЕЛЯ La arrancadora de patatas PD ha sido diseñada para la cosecha de patatas, zanahoria, ajo, puerro, cebolla y demás cultivos similares. La versión base está constituida por un cuerpo de arado a lo ancho de la máquina de inclinación variable, dos discos corta-follaje (1 por lado), una única correa de tamizado a lo ancho de la máquina, un agitador de intensidad regulable, dos ruedas traseras de goma independientemente regulables en altura y dos rejillas posteriores de teflón (regulables en amplitud) gracias a las que se obtiene una andana perfecta. Con un sistema de enganche de tres puntos, la profundidad de cavado es regulada por el tercer punto superior, por el cuerpo de arado de inclinación ajustable y por las ruedas traseras. Opcionalmente, puede ser suministrada una configuración diferente con dos discos corta-follaje suplementarios, dos cuerpos de arado de distancia regulable y dos diábolos palpadores para el control de nivel en la hilera. Estas opciones permiten reducir al mínimo los residuos de terrones y piedras hilerados junto a las patatas. Un rodillo compactador trasero de gran diámetro (op) prepara la cama para la andana. Una segunda correa de tamizado (op) aumenta notablemente la capacidad de tamizado de la arrancadora. La arrancadora de patatas PD, sea con una que con dos correas, se puede suministrar con un canal de tamizado ancho 1,40 m, 1,65 m o 1,90 m. Con la versión ancha 1,40 m se pueden cavar 2 filas de distancia variable entre 0,75 m y 0,80 m mientras que con canal de 1,65 m se pueden cavar filas de 0,85 m a 0,90 m regulando oportunamente la distancia de los diábolos palpadores y de los cuerpos de arado. Las correas de tamizado estándar tienen un paso de 36 mm. Los pasos de 42 mm y 50 mm están disponibles a petición. The potato digger PD is designed for picking up potatoes, carrots, garlic, leeks, onions, etc. The standard version is with share blade in whole width, with adjustable angle, two grass-cutting discs (one for each side), one single sieving web, one web shaker with adjustable intensity, two rear wheels adjustable singularly and two adjustable Teflon windrow grates for a perfect windrow. These options permit to reduce to minimum the remaining soil and stones picked up with the potatoes. A rear soil compacting roller with large diameter (opt.) prepares the bed for the windrow. A second sieving web (opt.) increases considerably the sieving capacity of the potato digger. The potato digger both with one or two sieving belts can be delivered with a sieving-channel width of 1,40 m, 1,65 m and 1,90 m - With version at 1,40 m width it is possible to dig 2 rows with an adjustable distance from 0,75 to 0,80 m, while a with width of 1,65 m you can dig rows from 0,85 to 0,90 m adjusting the distance of the feeler rollers and the share blades. Standard sieving webs have a pitch of 36 mm - On request, it’s possible to have pitches of 42 and 50 mm.
