SCAVAPATATE POTATO DIGGER КОПАТЕЛЬ ДЛЯ КАРТОФЕЛЯ La scavapatate PD è destinata alla raccolta di patate, carote, aglio, porro, cipolle ecc. La versione base è costituita da un vomere a tutta larghezza, ad inclinazione variabile, due dischi tagliaerba (1 per lato), un solo nastro setacciatore, un agitatore ad intensità regolabile, due ruote posteriori in gomma singolarmente regolabili in altezza e due code andanatrici posteriori in teflon ad ampiezza regolabile per consentire un’andana perfetta. L’attacco della macchina al trattore è effettuata con il sistema a tre punti. La profondità di scavo è regolata dal terzo punto superiore, dall’inclinazione del vomere regolabile e dalle ruote posteriori. Quando si scavano le patate in “opzione” possono essere forniti 2 dischi tagliaerba supplementari, 2 vomeri a distanza regolabile e due rulli tastatori per il controllo di livello sulla fila. Queste opzioni consentono di ridurre al minimo i residui di terreno e sassi che vengono andanati insieme alle patate. Un rullo compattatore posteriore di grande diametro (opt.) prepara il letto per l’andana. Un secondo nastro setacciatore (opt.) aumenta notevolmente la capacità di setacciamento della scavatrice. La scavapatate PD sia a nastro semplice che a due nastri è fornibile con larghezza del canale di setacciamento di 1,40 m e 1,65 m e 1,90 m - Con la versione a larghezza 1,40 m si possono scavare 2 file a distanza variabile da 0,75 a 0,80 m, mentre con canale di 1,65 m si possono scavare file da 0,85 a 0,90 m regolando opportunamente la distanza dei rulli tastatori e dei vomeri. I nastri di setacciamento standard hanno un passo di 36 mm. A richiesta sono disponibili i passi di 42 e 50 mm. The potato digger PD is designed for picking up potatoes, carrots, garlic, leeks, onions, etc. The standard version is with share blade in whole width, with adjustable angle, two grass-cutting discs (one for each side), one single sieving web, one web shaker with adjustable intensity, two rear wheels adjustable singularly and two adjustable Teflon windrow grates for a perfect windrow. The machine can be linked up to a tractor by the three-point linkage. The digging depth is regulated by the third upper point, by adjustable share angle and by the rear wheels. For digging potatoes, as “option”, can be supplied two additional grass-cutting discs, two share blades with adjustable width and two feeler roller for level control. These options permit to reduce to minimum the remaining soil and stones picked up with the potatoes. A rear soil compacting roller with large diameter (opt.) prepares the bed for the windrow. A second sieving web (opt.) increases considerably the sieving capacity of the potato digger. The potato digger both with one or two sieving belts can be delivered with a sieving-channel width of 1,40 m, 1,65 m and 1,90 m - With version at 1,40 m width it is possible to dig 2 rows with an adjustable distance from 0,75 to 0,80 m, while a with width of 1,65 m you can dig rows from 0,85 to 0,90 m adjusting the distance of the feeler rollers and the share blades.
