STEEL SILOS (FLOUR-SEMOLINA-BRAN) ALTINBILEK Steel Silos ; provide its customers with solutions for the storage of powder and granular products such as Flour, Bran, Semolina. They are manufactured in a modular manner with completely bolted joints. They are easy to assemble and disassemble. Modular system is adapted based on customer requirement. They can be designed in required dimensions and capacity. Internal and external coating can be made with electrostatic furnace painted steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel, depending on customer demand. Food-grade epoxy painted productions are subject to special surface treatments such as sandblasting before painting. There is no accumulation of product or adhesion to the silo wall as a smooth surface area is provided in the silo. The silo can be discharged through vibration. In Round Silos, product dosing with PLC system can be done with the carrier equipment placed underneath. The dosed product is mixed in the mixer, allowing blending.
