Heat insulated hot air duct Exhaust air duct with an axial flow fan and louver damper Advantages: Buffer bin with level indicator Three series designed for various capacity requirements Pneumatic discharge device with outlet hopper Gentle and even drying Burner with combustion chamber Operated with gas or oil burner Compressor incl. compressed air pipes Control cabinet with touch panel and control software Description: The product moves into the dryer column from above and flows to Sub-structure, ladders, operating platforms the discharge over conical, roof-shaped air ducts arranged alternately from side to side. The product is continually mixed and hot air ge- Options: Heat insulation of the dryer column nerated by the burner flows evenly through the product. The required Larger buffer bin airflow is generated by the axial flow fans in the roof of the exhaust air duct. The air speed within the dryer column can be adjusted with Distributing device in the inlet hopper (only for series 40) air diversion flap. Louver dampers behind the axial flow fans close during emptying thereby preventing the discharge of dust. Construction: The continuous flow dryer DS is equipped with an insulated hot air duct with an oil or gas burner, a dryer column with air ducts, an exhaust air duct with axial flow fans and a discharge device with outlet hopper.
