Product Leaflet ^ «CO funki Pen equipment Aqua Drop Water system that secures a constant level of water in the trough The vacuum controlled water valve secures a constant level of water in the trough. When the water level gets below the water pipe, air flows to the valve and opens the water supply. Once water reaches the pipe again, and thereby the wanted water level, vacuum builds up and stops the water flow. AquaDrop is an ideal alternative to traditional water supply systems where hoses are integrated in pipes and partitions. A small lever at the front makes it easy to close the water supply when pigs are taken out of a pen or a box. Recommended water pressure 2,0 - 2,5 bar. The water pipe should be placed as far away as possible from the feed outlet. The water pipe must be cleaned on a regularly basis to avoid hygienic problems. The water pipe must be minimum 80 cm and maximum 200 cm long. The valve should be mounted out of reach of the pigs. For easy and simple water connection Aqua Drop has 2 entrances with 1/2” female thread for horizontal and vertical water pipe. By delivery a plug to close one of the two entrances is included.
