Air cleaning for livestock breeding Odour, ammonia, and dust emission from stables is a common problem, for which neighbours and the surrounding society demand a solution in the near future. The patented Waterdrops System are specifically developed to target and solve these problems in a simple, economical, environmental and economical friendly way. Reduction of dust emission with 95%. The physical size of the equipment is only slightly increased compared to a traditional ventilation system without odour control. B Far, before ■ Efter, after | Documentation The air from pig houses contains several hundred odorous substances, although not all of these odorous substances are unpleasant in terms of our sense of smell. We have therefore concentrated on those odorous substances - also called key substances — that are perceived as being unpleasant. �������� ������ The units are installed as a traditional exhaust, containing the newly developed “Waterdrops” system that separates odour and dust from the air with water. The odour, dust and ammonia are retained in the water, which is sent back to a container to be re-circulated and reused. Waterdrops Natural For the purifying process every unit uses 200 litre water per hour, the waste water is cleansed and re-used inside a closed system.
