Introduction
The UCX3 U-Trough Belt Conveyor by AGI GrainMaxx is an innovative grain conveying solution designed for gentle handling and high capacity. It features a unique U-Trough shape that allows for increased capacity without compromising the gentle handling of commodities.

Specifications
The conveyor uses a 15” wide Direct X belt and a 40 HP motor, achieving capacities up to 12,500 BPH (340 TPH) for canola under ideal conditions. Capacities for wheat and peas can reach up to 10,000 BPH. The model UCX3 1549 has a belt length of 110' 8" and a width of 8'.

All Farm Commodity System
This system includes a turbo clean wash system, two belt scrapers, a belt brush, and precision-made urethane hopper seals to ensure debris is kept off the belt, facilitating easier clean-out.

Motor and Drive Components
The conveyor is powered by a 40 HP EFI motor with larger diameter triple groove pulleys, belts, and clutch for enhanced capacity.

- Redesigned Hopper: Features urethane seals, a stiffened hopper cloth, and a 32" parallel width to minimize spillage.
- Sealed Edge Belt: Provides a near-perfect seal in the hopper with a diamond profile.
- Hydraulic System: Includes a standard oil filter, high-quality pump, and motor for better performance and longevity.
- Sealed, Straight-Down Spout: Allows for quieter operation and increased capacity by maintaining a lower working angle.

IBEX Mover Kit
The IBEX mover kit offers a built-in braking system, a 160° turning radius, and a drop-and-go wheel move for quick setup. It allows for easy control from an ergonomic command center.

Torsion Idlers for Belt Drive
The belt drive is redesigned without springs or rods, simplifying maintenance and keeping the engine fixed.
