Bi-level control valve (Differential Float valve)

Bi-level control valve (Differential Float valve)

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes a hydraulic control valve designed to manage water levels in tanks and reservoirs using a differential float valve. The valve operates by closing completely when the water reaches a preset upper level and remains closed until the water drops to a lower selected level. This mechanism helps reduce the frequency of pump starts and stops, thereby lowering pumping costs and extending pump life.
Applications: The valve is specifically used for controlling the maximum and minimum water levels in tanks and reservoirs.
Available Models: The document lists various models of the valve, categorized by material and connection type:
  • Plastic valves available in sizes 1 ½”, 2”, and 3”.
  • Metal valves with threaded connections available in sizes 1 ½”, 2”, 2 ½”, 3”, and 4”.
  • Metal valves with grooved (“Victaulic”) connections available in sizes 2”, 3”, and 4”.
  • Metal valves with flanged connections available in sizes DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, and DN300.

Bi-level control valve (Differential Float valve)-1

Bi-level control valve (Differential Float valve) HYDRAULIC VALVES Description Hydraulic control valve used to control water level in tanks and reservoirs by means of a differential float valve. When the water reaches the upper preset level the valve closes completely and doesn’t open until the water reaches the lower selected level. This system avoids the frequent starts and stops of the pump getting so to decrease the pumping costs and extending the life of the pump. Applications This valve is used to control the maximum and minimum level of water in tanks and reservoirs. Available models Plastic valves 1 ½”, 2” and 3” Metal valves threaded 1 ½”, 2”, 2 ½”, 3” and 4” Metal valves grooved (“Victaulic”) 2”, 3” and 4” Metal valves flanged DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250 and DN300 Dimensions / Pressure loss Plastic valves Metal valves threaded Metal valves grooved “Victaulic” Metal valves flanged
