E SEMI_ AGD3 is a compact fully transportable universal dryer that can be used for drying nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts & others) fruit pits and shells, coffee and all kind of seeds, rice and grains. Dryer features: • Open internal auger works as mixer • Loading/unloading belt conveyor that can be used also for recirculation • Electrical fan integrated with heat exchanger and heat recovery unit allowing clean operation and top efficiency with low consumption of fuel • Dryer can work at any % of load allowing small quantity of products • 70 Liters fuel tank for diesel • Single stage burner for 50.000 kcal/h • Wheels for easy moving of dryer. It can be equipped also with two tires on the frame and helm AGD3 can be supply with or without loading/unloading belt conveyor. It can be matched with electrical cleaner using air only also water for specific products. Attention: the dryer works with maximum 3% impurity degrees of products. AGD3 e un essiccatore universale compatto e completamente trasportabile, utilizzabile per I’essiccazione di frutta secca (ara-chidi, nocciole, castagne, mandorle, noci, noci di macadamia e altre), noccioli e gusci di frutta, caffe e tutti i tipi di semi, riso e cereali. Caratteristiche dell’essiccatore: • Coclea interna aperta con funzione di miscelatore • Nastro trasportatore dicarico/scarico, utilizzabile ancheperil ricircolo del prodotto • Ventilatore elettrico integrato con scambiatore di calore e unita di recupero del calore, che consente un funzionamento pulito ed efficiente con basso consumo di combustibile • Lessiccatore pud lavorare a qualsiasi percentuale di carico, permettendo di trattare anche piccole quantita di prodotto • Serbatoio carburante da 70 litri per gasolio • Bruciatore a singolo stadio da 50.000 kcal/h • Ruote per lo spostamento agevole dell’essiccatore, con possibility di equipaggiamento anche con due pneumatici sul telaio e timone di traino AGD3 pud essere fomito con o senza nastro trasportatore di carico/scarico. E compatibile con sistemi di pulizia elettrici ad aria o acqua, in base al tipo di prodotto da trattare. Attenzione: I’essiccatore funziona correttamente solo con pro-dotti che presentano un massimo del 3% di impurita.
