WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 1) B&B20 washes, sanitizes, stimulates and dries the udders before milking.By ensuring perfect stimulation, you get more and faster milk.You prepare the cow to the milking into the short time before the seconds of 16.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 4) There are 1 big, 2 small brushes inside of the B&B20 scrubber.The big brush at the middle removes dirt from the sphincter. The small brushes clean the udder thoroughly.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 5) The brushes turn at the same speed, this ensures the same, regular stimulation effect to the udder.The milkers can not do this effect by the towel. The cows are calmer with B&B20 because there’s lesser impact on their teats.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 6) The scrubber of B&B20 is designed special: -The drying process is done excellent via the air mechanism inside of the scrubber. -It is light and easy to use for milker. -You can see the udder better via the light system onto the scrubber. -You can see the alarm signal from the above of the scrubber.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 7) Cows need 90 seconds approx. to let milk down, that’s the time for oxitocin to reach the brains and tell it to give milk.With B&B20 they give milk before 90 secs, we reduce the milking time, we save time.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 8) On the larger farms, it reduces the number of milkers in the parlour.Generally 3 persons are enough with B&B20. 9) Up to 80% of water saving by B&B20.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 10) You reduce the usage of disinfectant with B&B20.When you use the disinfectant which we suggest; you add 16lt of water to 4 lt concentrate.20 lt of product is ready to use.The system mix every 30cc product together with 1 litre of water by automatic dosing system.In this way, 20 lt of product becomes enough for 15.000 cows.

WHY MUST WE USE B&B20? 12) The installation of B&B20 is fast and easy; it is adaptable to any milking parlour.

Press the trigger switch and keep it pressed in order to wash the teats.As long as you keep the switch pressed, water and chemical solution flow through the brushes to wash the teat.Apply the scrubber to each teat, move quickly but gently up and down and left-right in a rotational movement.

Release the trigger switch to stop the water flow. The brushes will continue to turn by air syltem.Drying should be a single, slow movement upwards and downwards on the teAand should not last more than 6 seconds.If you pass this time to dry 4 teats, then press the trigger switch once to get the brushes spin and then you will contin dry.
