General Information:
The Screw Sampler ASP297/P is designed for automatic sampling. It includes a mounting flange that is welded and made from Steel ST3712, which is primed and coated. The screw sampler itself is made from V2A Steel 1.4301 and is electropolished. The flange diameter options are 54mm and 70mm, with dimensions of 140 x 330 x 656mm or 160 x 330 x 656mm, and weights of 17kg or 24kg. It can withstand vibrations up to 3G in all directions.
Electrical Data:
The device operates at 400VAC or 230VAC with a frequency of 50-60Hz. It uses a star or triangle circuit motor with current consumption of 0.18kW/0.71A or 0.25kW/1.24A. The screw rotation speeds are 24 and 27. It connects via 1x M20 cable screwing and M4 connection screw.
Measuring Sequence:
The cycle includes a reverse mode of approximately 30 seconds, a break before sampling of about 5 seconds, a sample time of 3 to 5 minutes, another break of 5 seconds, and a delay before the next cycle of more than 1 minute.
Temperature Range:
The ambient temperature range is -20°C to +40°C, and the medium temperature range is +5°C to +80°C.
Safety and Certification:
The device is allocated to Zone 22 and has ATEX certification II -/3 D Ex h IIIB T140°C -/Dc X.

Wiring diagrams are provided for both 400V and 230V configurations. Non-ATEX motors do not include PTC.
