Technical Data Summary for Radio Probe AGST-F
General Information:
The Radio Probe AGST-F is designed for measuring temperatures in bulk storages. It requires insertion directly into the product and operates in conjunction with a Scanbox ADT-F and the "Silo Manager" SM2010SE. The probe is constructed with an aluminum powder-coated housing, a food-safe PE-UHMW rod, and a stainless steel tip. Available lengths range from 2.0m to 12.0m, with a handle weight of approximately 0.31kg and a tube weight of approximately 0.20kg/m. The maximum breaking load is 18kN, and the test load is 15kN.
Functional Data:
The probe uses an analogue measuring method with PT10K, covering a range from -40°C to 150°C. It can transmit data up to 30m indoors and 500m in open view, supporting up to 4(5) temperature sensors.
Electrical Data:
Operating on a 3.6VDC Li-Ion battery with 2.6Ah, the probe has a power consumption of 0.24W and an operating time of 5 to 8 years without direct measurement. It transmits at 3mWpp using a 4-channel system with automatic channel search, at a rate of 250kBit/s @ 2.4GHz, compliant with IEEE802.15.4.
Temperature Range:
The ambient and process temperature range is -20°C to +55°C, with a storage range of -20°C to +60°C for up to 2 years. The maximum air humidity is 95% non-condensing.
Safety Relevant Data:
The probe is classified under Protection Class III and has an IP protection class of IP65. It is certified for use in Zone 22 areas with potential flammable risks according to ATEX standards.
Documentation:
Operating manuals are available for download in multiple languages.
