MRP 100

Product catalog summary
Overview: This document provides technical specifications and operational details for Agronic's slurry pumps, specifically the MRP 100 Feed Pump and the LP 125 Tractor-operated Slurry Pump. These pumps are designed for efficient slurry handling in agricultural settings.
MRP 100 Feed Pump:
  • The MRP 100 is an electric shredding slurry feed pump equipped with a screw conveyor for feeding thick slurry with high hay content.
  • Features passive suction to prevent airlocks and ensure consistent operation.
  • Shreds slurry into an even consistency, making further processing easier.
  • Automated control via a frequency converter manages rotation speed, acceleration, load, and cleaning processes.
  • Technical specifications include two models: 7.5 kW with 1300 l/min output at 1.3 bar, and 11 kW with 1800 l/min output at 2.0 bar.
  • Designed for a pumping depth of 3.5 m, with custom sizes available.
LP 125 Tractor-operated Slurry Pump:
  • A two-phase flow slurry pump utilizing a hydraulic pump and a six-winged PTO pump for efficient slurry transfer.
  • Allows for pumping in tight spaces without needing the tractor at the exact location.
  • Features adjustable hose lengths and a winch-operated feed boom for flexibility.
  • Includes a strainer and a valve to prevent freezing, with a foldable boom for transportation.
  • Technical specifications include a maximum pumping depth and distance of 5 m, with longer hoses available, and a PTO speed of 540 l/min requiring 40 kW.
  • Output is up to 10,000 l/m, measured with water.
Key Features and Benefits:
  • Both pumps are designed for high efficiency and reliability in agricultural slurry management.
  • The MRP 100's shredding capability reduces the need for stirring and ensures even slurry consistency.
  • The LP 125's design allows for flexible operation in various settings, with optional accessories for enhanced functionality.

MRP 100-1

AGRONIC Slurry pumps MRP 100 Feed Pump Agronic MRP 100 is an electric shredding slurry feed pump. A screw conveyor feeds even thick slurry with a high hay content inside the pump. The suction is passive so that the pump does not start by pumping water off a tank or a pit, and that an airlock preventing further pumping is not formed between pumpings. The blades shred the slurry into an even consistency and pump it to the desired location. The shredding action is very efficient. Even longer pieces of hay are shredded so short that they do not compromise further processing of the slurry. In this cowshed, wash water is directed to a different tank so the slurry is very thick. Agronic MRP 100 pump is the only pump you can rely on. The pump is automated and there has been no need to stir the pump pit for years. MRP 100 is automated; pumping is controlled by a frequency converter which controls rotation speed, acceleration, load, reversal and the automated cleaning process. The automated control monitors power consumption and prevents overloading. If the pump is about to overload, it activates the automated cleaning process. Technical information: MRP 100 7,5 kW MRP 100 11 kW Output 1300 l/min. 1,3 bar. Output 1800 l/min, 2,0 bar. The frequency converter has a logic control which is used to program pump time, pump rotation speed, automated cleaning and clearing possible blockages. Output measured with water and with 2 metre delivery head lift. Pumping depth 3.5 m, other sizes made to measure, suction 40 cm from the bottom. All hay and other bits have been fully shredded and the slurry is even. The picture shows liquid cow manure which is taken from a pump pit and slurry tank. Agronic MRP 100 has shredded manure into an even consistency where hay is nearly invisible. There are no more floating formations of thicker slurry in the tank and the need for stirring has nearly disappeared. Pumping and spreading shredded slurry is effortless.

MRP 100-2

LP 125 Tractor-operated Slurry Pump. Agronic LP 125 is a two-phase flow slurry pump. A hydraulic pump at the end of a hose pumps slurry to an efficient six-winged PTO pump which again pumps the slurry forward. This system is similar to that in Agronic slurry tankers. Pumping is easy even in tight spaces because there is no need to get the tractor to the exact pumping location. The hydraulic pump fits into the pit even through a small hole. Now efficient pumping e.g. inside cowsheds, pits and tanks is possible. The length of the hoses between the pumps can be adjusted if necessary. The hoses between...
