HEMP HARVESTING HEADER

PURPOSE Facilitation and acceleration of hemp flower harvesting speed Agroservis – proizvodnja company has developed this machine to simplyfile hemp flower harvesting process. Our developing team has constructed machine which has possibility to quickly attach or deattach on front tractor loader, reducing delays in overall tractor performances and as well eliminates need for additional agricultural machinery because this machine is easily connected on existing mechanisation farmer possesses. By that all additional costs, one of purchasing of new (specialised) equipment, are eliminated.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE MACHINE Year 2016. – adaptation of wheat header into machine that can harvest hemp  this machine harvested approx. 20 ha of hemp in 2016. Year 2017. – development of new machine that can harvest hemp  machine was completely developed and produced by Agroservis-proizvodnja d.o.o. company. Year 2018. – field testing of machine  prototype harvested more than 70 ha of hemp without any problem occured. WORKING PRINCIPLE This machine is consisted of 2 units which are mounted on tractor: front unit, header for hemp harvest together with side (loading) conveyor belt and back unit, counterweight with hydraulic installations. Side loading conveyor belt is continuing on front header allows setting up height where hemp is exiting machine and being loaded up into collecting vehicle. Adjustment of loading height of side conveyor belt is hydraulically regulated.
