Installation and Setup

Download and unzip the software from the provided link.
Install the driver by following the setup procedure.
Connect the instrument to a computer via USB and wait for recognition.
Install the software and select the appropriate COM port.
Record the work position by clicking twice on the “RECORD WORK POSITION” button.

Operation

Perform measurements by pressing the sensor tip firmly.
Start a new batch and enter batch details.
Use software features to add dates, remove columns, erase data, export to Excel, and generate QR codes for batch statistics.

Barcode Reader Usage

Connect the barcode reader to the computer and wait for recognition.
Scan barcodes to add data to the chart or name Excel files.

Maintenance

Clean the tip and abutment with cold water and soap.
Check calibration by pressing the sensor on a table to ensure it reads 100%.
Contact Agrosta for recalibration if the reading is below 96%.
