Fermentation of difficult to mix substrates Ring channel streaming while mixing The channel-like design of the outer tank (fermenter) allows problem free mixing of substrates with high dry matter contents. An efficient use of the mixing energy is especially important with high dry matter contents. This efficient energy use is guaranteed by the UTS Triton® system.
