The coating used for the Rhino Tank is called the Fusion Bonded Epoxy system. This system is a dry electrostatically charged coating and fused for life to the tank sheets around 280ºC. Internal bolt holes and sheet edges are also coated to give extra protection. The UV stabilised coating is suitable for temperate, humid and abrasive desert conditions.
