Triple Deck System ARCO its Triple Deck System helps operators in weighing small packages of fruits and vegetables like tomatoes and grapes. Using the Triple Deck System, processing fruit and vegetables goes faster, more efficient and effective. How it works The Triple Deck system is able to process many different packings like trays, flat dishes, boxes and many more. To start out, harvest containers or crates with products, automatically move to the work tables on a gravity roller conveyor. Then, trays are manually weighted on work tables by one or two operators. The number of operators depends on the product to be processed, as well as the specific packaging dimensions and the speed of operation. After the tray is filled with the desired amount of product, it will be placed on a conveyor belt. This conveyor belt is subdivided into 2, 3 or 4 tracks that can run independently from each other. After that, packages will move automatically trough an inliner and subsequently to the e.g. flow packer. In case the operator takes a harvest container from the line, the system automatically replenishes the empty space with a full harvest container. In case the operator has emptied his harvest container, it should be placed at the upper conveyor belt. Empty harvest containers are automatically transported to a crate stacker. PWM Line Control The Triple Deck System can be equipped with Line Control. This system allows very quick change of product. Using line control, scales can quickly and simultaneously change set up for different recipes.

Performance indicators like weighing results, operator performance, time registration and downtime registration are visible. Line Control works with a LED bar and saves up to 25% of time, compared to regular scales. An additional benefit is the reduction of 'giveaway'.
