EL Solenoid Control Valve

EL Solenoid Control Valve

EL Solenoid Control Valve

Product catalog summary
Product Description: The Armaş “EL” model valve is a hydraulic control valve operated by line pressure, designed for remote opening/closing via built-in 3/2-way solenoid pilot valves. These valves are controlled by electric signals from devices such as control devices, time relays, main switches, and PLC units. The valve can be manually controlled and is compatible with various solenoid coils (24V AC, 12V DC, etc.).
Installation Instructions: Ensure the pipeline is clean before installation. The valve should be level with the pipeline and mounted in the direction indicated by the arrow. Allow sufficient space for maintenance. Use gaskets for sealing and tighten bolts crosswise. It is recommended to use insulation valves, air relief valves, and strainer valves in the line-mounting.
Adjustment Procedures: Connect solenoid pilot valve cables as per the control device. Operate the pump, open the main valve, and deliver water to the system. Open the ball valve upstream of the valve.
Maintenance Guidelines: Regularly check system operating conditions and the finger filter based on water quality. Drain water from the actuator if not used in winter.
Troubleshooting:
  • Valve Not Opening: Check line pressure, solenoid valve port, voltage value, and solenoid coil condition.
  • Valve Not Closing: Inspect diaphragm, disc seat, manual control screw, solenoid valve, and finger filter for issues.
Sample Order Form: Includes model, connection size, control feature, additional features, and options. Example: 87 F 6" EL NV PIR.
Solenoid Pilot Valve Specifications: Available in brass (16 bar) and plastic (12 bar) with 3-way N.O. and N.C. options. Voltage options include 6, 12, 24, 110, 240 AC/DC with power options of 8W - 5.5W for AC and 5.5W for DC.
Order Information: Provide maximum flow rate, network/line pressure, main line size, valve connection type, and electric voltage value when ordering.

EL Solenoid Control Valve-1

control valve Ball Valve In-line Finger Filter Plug Solenoid Pilot Valve Armaş“EL”model valve is the hydraulic control valve operated by line pressure and designed to ensure opening/closing process by means of built-in 3/2-way solenoid pilot valves controlled remotely with electric signal. Electric signal for solenoid pilot valves is ensured by means of a control device, time relay, main switch and PLC control units etc. Opening/Closing process may be realized easily thanks to manual control on solenoid pilot valve. Depending on desire, 24V AC 50Hz/60Hz or 12V DC, 9V DC LATCH and 12V DC latch normally open (N.O.) or normally closed (N.C.) solenoid coils may be used on main valve. installation • Clean the pipeline before installing the valve. • Make sure that valve is on a level with the pipeline while mounting it. • Mount valve in direction of arrow indicated on it. • Ensure enough space around the valve assembly for future maintenance and adjustments. • While connecting valve on pipeline, place gasket between valve flange and pipe flange to ensure sealing and tighten the bolts as crosswise. • It is recommended that insulation valves (butterfly or gate valves etc.), air relief valve and strainer valves will be used in linemounting of valve. adjustment •Connect solenoid pilot valve cables indicated with“d”in accordance with control device. •Operate pump, open main valve on network and deliver water to the system. •Open“b”ball valve in valve upstream.
