Winter Care for Pot Plants
Many garden centers offer wintering services where plants are kept in greenhouses with optimal light and temperature. Perennial tub plants should be placed in frost-proof containers and wrapped in materials like jute to prevent rapid freezing and thawing. During winter, these plants require minimal water and no fertilizer, and the wintering room should be well-ventilated.

Recommendations for Plant Care
1. Use a container with water drainage, matching the plant's crown diameter.
2. Include expanded clay and non-woven material for drainage.
3. Use structurally stable potting soil and long-term fertilizers.
4. Regular watering is crucial, especially on sunny days, with automatic systems being ideal.
5. Non-perennial plants should be moved to a bright, sheltered area before frost, with temperatures around 10°C.

Repotting and Maintenance
1. Ensure container drainage holes are clear.
2. Add a 5 cm layer of expanded clay and cover with non-woven material, then add potting soil.
3. Trim and remove dead parts from the plant, loosen root bales if necessary.
4. Place the plant in a new container, fill with soil, and water generously.

Spring Transition
After the last frost, move plants outside, being cautious of sunburn. Trim and fertilize as needed.
