- The HT800 is an automatic seeding line designed for medium to high production capacities, capable of processing up to 800 trays per hour.
- It is suitable for various types of plastic and polystyrene trays, with a single, compact module for filling, drilling, and sowing.
- The trays are transported lengthwise through the system.
- Tray filling is achieved using a peat loading screw, followed by a brush cleaning system to remove excess peat.
- The system includes a height-adjustable drilling drum and a thick aluminium sowing drum.
- A pneumatic control and adjustment console is provided for operational management.
- A vacuum pump is used for seed pick-up, and a vermiculite drum dispenser is operated by a tray position limit switch.
- Watering is facilitated by shower heads fitted with five perforated bars and a solenoid valve.
- An automatic height-adjustable stacker is included, along with an electric control panel.
- An automatic destacker for empty trays.
- A covering dispenser conveyor belt for peat, sand, or vermiculite.
- A final accumulation conveyor belt for stacked trays, compatible with models NAF2000/NAF3000.
