Bain-marie pasteurisation vat USES These vats are easy to install and use. Ideal to start production of pasteurised milk and yoghurt. It is of double-walled construction for heating and cooling, with angular agitation and process and setpoint temperature display. We offer two capacities: 30 litres and 60 litres.
