AVR CTHV 85 series Store Loaders AVR’s ingenious telescopic store loaders are characterized by their efficiency and product-friendliness, and are extremely well-suited for swiftly and efficiently unloading different products such as potatoes, onions and grain. Because the main frame and the extendable part consist of only one piece (AVR Monobody frame), the machine has a very high stability. ▪ Running Side Walls The drive that is located on top of the frame prevents the belts from slipping, which reduces conveyor belt and roller wear. The conveyor belt is equipped with high flights and is V-shaped along the full length of the machine (running side walls). This results in a high capacity and in productfriendliness; the product remains still and does not come into contact with the frame. With the CHTV series, swivel bars or swivel plates are now a thing of the past. Users can set the machine’s swivel range using the remote control, after which the machine will automatically pivot between the set points. Furthermore, the machine is extremely manoeuvrable thanks to the drive of both main wheels and the 360 degrees rotating casters.
