Product catalog summary
Introduction
Aytok, founded in 1997, initially specialized in manufacturing PE fittings for driplines and later expanded into producing plastic and metal filtration systems. The company is a leader in Turkey, emphasizing R&D and adherence to international standards, with exports to 45 countries.

Filtration Systems Overview
Aytok provides a range of filtration systems suitable for various applications such as agricultural irrigation, cooling towers, ballast systems, hydroelectric plants, and seawater desalination. These systems are designed to manage different water sources and contamination levels.

Automatic Self-Cleaning Screen Filters
The document describes several models of automatic self-cleaning screen filters, including VDF, VEF, CVDF, and CVEF. These filters are engineered for efficient operation, featuring automatic flushing, minimal water rejection, and easy maintenance.

Operation Principle
Water enters through the inlet, passes through a coarse screen for pre-filtering, and then through a fine screen where dirt is trapped. The system automatically cleans itself when a specific pressure differential is reached, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Technical Specifications
Filters are constructed from materials such as ST-37, AISI 316L, and AISI 304L, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (optionally up to 25 bar) and a temperature limit of 60°C. They include electronic or hydraulic control systems for back flushing and offer a filtration degree from 20 to 2000 microns.

Models and Features
Various models are listed with specific inlet/outlet sizes, flow rates, and filtration surface areas, each designed to meet different operational needs and environmental conditions.

Conclusion
Aytok's filtration systems are designed for high performance and reliability, serving both local and international markets with a focus on innovation and quality.
Overview: The document provides detailed specifications and operational procedures for various types of plastic and metal filters used in water filtration systems. It includes information on materials, pressure and temperature limits, filtration degrees, and cleaning processes.
Specifications:
  • Materials: Filters are made from PA %30 Gfr for plastic components and ST-37 for metal components. Cartridges are made from PP (disc) and PA (screen) with AISI 304 cage.
  • Pressure and Temperature: Maximum working pressure is 8 Bar (116 Psi) for most filters, with a maximum working temperature of 60°C (140°F).
  • Filtration Degree: Ranges from 20 to 125 microns, depending on the filter type.
Filter Types and Models:
  • Plastic Filters: Includes mini, EKO, horizontal, double, automatic self-cleaning, vacuum cleaning, hydrocyclone, sand media, and fertilizer tanks. Each type has specific models with varying flow rates, surface areas, and weights.
  • Metal Filters: Includes angular, horizontal, hydrocyclone, sand media, and fertilizer tanks. These are designed for higher durability and specific industrial applications.
Operational Procedures:
  • Cleaning Process: For plastic vacuum cleaning screen filters, the process involves opening a valve, rotating a handle, and checking pressure balance to ensure cleanliness.
  • Automatic Backflush: Initiated by a pressure differential sensor, reversing water flow to clean the filter elements without interrupting filtration.
Key Features:
  • Design: New designs are under patent, focusing on efficiency and ease of maintenance.
  • Applications: Filters are used in agriculture for water purification and in industrial settings for sludge filtration.
  • Maintenance: Emphasizes low maintenance and high corrosion resistance, with options for manual and automatic backwashing.

HYDROFILT FILTER AUTOMATIC SELF CLEANING SCREEN FILTERS Operation Principle of Self-Cleaning Filters Raw water flows through the filter inlet into the coarse screen. The water is pre-filtered by the coarse screen in order to protect the mechanism and the fine screen from teh large particles. The pre-filtered water then passes through the fine screen. Here, the dirt particles are trapped inside the fine screen while the clean water flows through the filter outlet. Trapped particles form the filter cake on the inner surface of the screen. With increasing layer thickness; the flow resistance of...

Working Principle- Raw water flows through the filter inlet (1) into the fine screen (3) which is protected by a coarse screen. Here, the dirt particles are trapped inside the screen while the filtered water flows through the outlet (2). Trapped dirt particles form the filter cake on the inner surface of the screen. To clean the filter; open the drainage valve (6) to allow the debris to be flushed away from the system. Then rotate the handle (5) in clockwise and counter clockwise directions. In this way, the suction nozzles move in a spiral movement along the screen to vacuum up the trapped dirt...
