AZUD SPIRAL CLEAN is the semiautomatic screen filter series for exclusive use for irrigation water filtration application, designed to ensure high filtration quality and low maintenance. ADVANTAGES Large screen area. Up to 1730 cm2 (268 in2) V Filtration with screen filter element. The material of construction of the screen is stainless steel. Filtration degrees 100, 130 y 200 micron. V Non-stop working. It is not necessary to stop filtrated water supply during the cleaning process. V Easy and effective cleaning. The cleaning mechanism, consisting of a hand crank, scanner and suction nozzles, guarantees an efficient cleaning of the filter element without dismantling the filter. V Low maintenance. No tools are needed. V Modularity, versatility, compatibility. The system permits a wide range of possibilities with a minimal number of components. V Manufactured in technical plastic. V Water and energy saving. TECHNOLOGY AZUD SPIRAL CLEAN has a wide surface screen filtering element. Water flows OUT-IN through the filtering element while particles bigger than the filtration degree are trapped in the screen. During the cleaning phase, the rotatory movement of the handle allows the rotation of the nozzles. The said nozzles suction the particles retained on the screen surface and discharge them through the drain valve.
