Two feed pans, many advantages FLUXX is a feed pan for broiler growing developed by Big Dutchman. It not only satisfies the needs of day-old chicks but also those of heavy birds during the final grow-out period. The innovative 360° flooding mechanism ensures a high feed level in the pan during the chicks’ first days in the house – without causing any additional work! As the birds grow, the entire line of feed pans is raised according to the birds’ age and size. As well as older broilers, the illumination makes it easier for chicks, especially, to find feed during the first days in the house. This ensures an ideal chick start. In a best-case scenario, chick paper might not be necessary at all.

iDOL 29: the illuminated feed sensor for control pans Our smart iDOL 29 feed sensor registers the feed level in the second to last feed pan, the control pan. The integrated illumination is a new and very beneficial feature. An illuminated control pan ensures that the birds always empty this pan, guaranteeing a new supply of fresh feed for the entire Augermatic line. iDOL 29 is connected to the translucent inner cylinder, so no additional assembly work is required. The sensor settings, for example its sensitivity, delay times or a timer function, can easily be configured using a smartphone app....
