WOW-en enenEN TECHNICAL DATA SHEET Sticky trap made of durable, recyclable plastic with glue on both sides. The glue is long-lasting, water-resistant, non-toxic and does not dry out at high temperature. Commonly used tool for the timely detection of a new infestation and/or for monitoring the population sizes of pests already present. Contains a grid to facilitate easy counting of trapped insects. Available in yellow, blue and green. Mode of action Insects are naturally attracted by the specific colour and then trapped by the glue. The yellow colour is very attractive to most flying insects, blue mainly attracts thrips and green attracts Echinothrips. Keep the package closed until use. Dose rate For monitoring, 40 Bug-Scan® traps per hectare should be used. User instructions Timing Use Bug-Scan® traps from the beginning of cultivation. To maintain the quality of Bug-Scan® traps, it is essential to slowly separate them from each other before placing them. For quick installation, use the integrated hanging system (NHS) or the supplied wires. In low-lying crops, hang as close as possible over the heads of the plants, while in tall crops, place a maximum of 30 cm above the plants. As the crop grows, adjust the height accordingly. Replace Bug-Scan® traps as soon as the traps are saturated with insects.
