- Efficiency Improvement: By providing additional condensing surface, it improves refrigeration efficiency, resulting in faster cooling and prolonged compressor life.
- Compatibility: Available in 80 or 120-gallon capacities, suitable for various milk cooling systems. The Therma-Stor II-80 is for single compressor operation, while the Therma-Stor II-120 can handle one or two compressors. The Therma-Stor III-120 includes a 6,000-watt electric heating element for additional heating.
