Product catalog summary
Introduction
The Delta Rflow XM is an innovative mechanical sorter designed for destemmed grapes, capable of removing materials other than grapes (MOG) such as leaves, stems, petioles, pips, skins, and shot berries with high precision. It has received multiple innovation awards, including a Silver trophy.

Product Description
After destemming, grapes are placed on a vibrating table with a draining system and then transferred to a high-speed, nozzle-equipped belt conveyor. An air jet supply at the conveyor's outlet blows on each object, deflecting lighter materials into a separator. Sorted berries are collected in a pump or bins, while an evacuation screw collects waste materials.

Exclusive Advantages
  • High-quality sorting results with a capacity of up to 15 T/h, depending on grape variety, condition, and feeding mode.
  • Compact, one-piece design that is easy to wash and maintain, with reduced mechanical maintenance requirements.

Technical Characteristics
  • Sorting selectivity can be regulated via potentiometers on the vibrating table and air jet supply.
  • Dimensions: Length 4100 mm x Width 1630 mm x Height 1690 mm.
