The qualitative respect thanks to sorting The objective of the belt table is to: • spread out the grapes to facilitate manual sorting, • to steadily feed up the equipment upstream the reception line (destemmer, crusher, pump). The grapes are unloaded at the end of the sorting table and then are belt-driven to the other end of the table. The grape sorting is achieved by operators (sorters) located on both sides of the table. The table length depends on the number of pre-defined sorters

Description Sorting tables are equipped with: • 1 sand-blasted, height-adjustable, stainless steel, tubular chassis. • 1 endless belt. • 1 quick belt-release system that allows an easy cleaning, several collecting trays for free juices, connection DIN 50. • 1 motor with variable speed drive: 0.75 KW – variable speed from 3 to 8 meters/ mn. • Tilting wheels equipped with brakes.
