Delta TRV 35 with double grid Meeting quality requirements by sorting The purpose of the vibrating sorting table is: • to spread out the crop for an easier sorting, • to ensure separation of bunches from juice and herbaceous pieces (damaged grapes, petioles, shot berries, etc.), • to allow regular feeding to the next equipment in the processing line (destemmer, automatic sorting line, pump, press, etc.). The sorting table is delivered with: • 1 glass-blasted stainless steel table linked to the frame via 4 silent blocks. • 1 removable draining grid with trapezoidal bars, choice between 4, 6 or 8 mm spacing (2 possible grids for Delta TRV 35). The trapezoidal shape of bars allows the evacuation of juices and any herbaceous pieces.
