■ Attractive surface finish from matt to high silky ■ High head rice yield ■ High throughput capacity The HighPoly™ polisher is used in the final stage of processing to produce rice with a smooth, dust free surface. The HighPoly™ processed rice has a glossy finish and pearly luster and hence it is packed in clear transparent packs which display the contents attractively. If required, the machine can also be used for standard dry polishing.

Function TM The HighPoly processes rice in two stages on a single shaft. • Humidifier: The rice is evenly coated with a thin film of water. A well controlled water flow rate produces a uniform process. • Polisher: The glossy, pearl-like lustre is achieved by rubbing of the rice kernels gently against each other. The rubbing intensity can be adjusted. The aspiration cools the process and keeps the system clean.
