Mobile concentrated feed plants - top class TOURMIX 02- VE - The Classic Flexible investment ■ A proven Buschhoff system which ensures optimum performance and a homogenous feed structure. ■ Feed structure is determined by the mill screen or the grain roller gap. ■ Pneumatic transport from mill/grain roller to the combination valve, thence transport to mixer. ■ Sampling for immediate quality monitoring is possible with the very first kilogram. ■ Auger discharge with minimum formation of dust during the process. ■ More feed components can optionally be added into the mixer. ■ Even fresh grain processing is possible as a continuous workflow: First the grain is sucked in, then rolled and afterwards discharged; preservative is added to the rolled grain inside the auger. Driven by direct drive (NMV) directly from the truck engine, or by plant engine Mercedes-Benz OM 501 LA, 290 kW (395 PS). ■ When cost efficiency and flexibility are a prime concern, then the TOURMIX 02-V(ario)-VE can hardly be outperformed. ■ The upper part of the mixer can be extended telescope-like. The mixer volume is thereby increased from 8.200 litres up to 13.600 litres. ■ Time for driving and setup are reduced, and the vehicle‘s height of only 3,70 m offers valuable compactness.
