EXHAuST FANS - 1 JuLy 2022 HIGH EFFICIENCY • LOW COST MAINTENANCE • LOW COST INSTALLATION IDEALLy SuITED FoR PouLTRy, SWINE, DAIRy AND gREENHouSE APPLICATIoNS Heavy Duty Fiberglass Injection Molded Housing Performance enhancing cone included All fans are fully tested before shipping. Designed with smooth inside and outside for improved cleaning. Self draining, sloped housing is quick & easy to clean reducing maintenance costs. Belt or direct drive options available All fans have smooth operating, easy to clean poly shutters. OPTIONS • HE, EC or AC motor. • 3 phase motor 208-230/460 volt option available on some units. • FRP board winter inserts available with unique double seal. WARRANTY • 10 years on housings BACK VIEW Note: Wind has a significant effect on exhaust fans. A 10 mph wind creates a 0.05” pressure against the fan. A 20 mph wind creates 0.20” pressure and 30 mph a 0.45” pressure. These pressures are in addition to the static pressure in the building. • The DbA (Noise Level) on 54” Panel Fan is approximately 80 DbA. Variable speed option available. New EC motor 1h (P1174-AEC) Fan model #(PF54-AEC-2022), control needs to be a 0-10v control. For a stand alone system we offer the (Phason CNSSV-DC) or any 0-10v control. The Cyclones are controlled by a VFD and 0-10v controller as well.
