AIM Board series air inlets consist of FRP (UV treated fiberglass) shell injected with 1" of high density, CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation. This superior material offers a 50% higher “R” value than standard 1" styrofoam panels and is much more rigid, creating a tighter seal which makes installation easy. The extruded PVC flexible hinge provides smooth operation and an air-tight bottom seal. Hinge and seal extrusions are fastened to the inlet with stainless steel screws, making field replacement very easy. AIM Board series continuous air inlets are sold individually, but come prebundled in packs of 5. Each AIM inlet board comes with one “H” connector bracket pre-installed.
