The key to narrow crop rows The row unit is the key to success Thanks to its revolutionary and patented design, the Freedom row unit system is only 37.5 cm wide and yet accommodates two chains – like a regular corn head. The 45-deg. gathering chains in the unit are a unique Geringhoff feature of high functionality. The system optimizes the intake flow of the crop, maximizes yields and prevents losses and blockages before these actually start building up

System details The Mais Star* system Two counter-rotating snapping rolls, each fitted with four knife bars, pull the corn stalks aggressively and consistently down towards deck plates. The deck plates strip the cob off the plant. System details The Rota Disc® system Two snapping rolls pull in the plant. The deck plates strip the cob off the plant.
