Il kit è costituito essenzialmente da una serie di coltelli speciali e di carter in lamiera che si montano con facilità su qualsiasi modello: mentre la lama del tosaerba segue fedelmente l’andamento del terreno con un taglio uniforme e preciso, il coltello speciale, montato sullo stesso asse, provvede all’ulteriore triturazione dell’erba e/o delle foglie convogliate all’interno del carter. L’erba polverizzata viene quindi distribuita sul terreno, senza peraltro ostacolare il corretto movimento delle ruote pivottanti grazie ad un apposito raschietto che ne impedisce costantemente l’accumulo. Utilizzare il Mulching and Recycle System significa innanzitutto eliminare tempi e spese di raccolta, trasporto e smaltimento del prodotto del taglio. In più, l’erba e le foglie così sminuzzate costituiscono un ottimo concime naturale - rientrando nel naturale ciclo biologico - e contribuiscono a conferire al terreno il giusto grado di umidità. Inoltre, poiché lo sminuzzamento avviene all’interno di carter chiusi e ogni tosaerba è dotato di deflettore di sicurezza, insieme all’erba viene polverizzato anche il rischio di lancio di piccole pietre o piccoli oggetti durante il lavoro. The Mulching and Recycle System comes in a wide variety of different versions to match Caroni’s entire range of rear, side and multiple rotary mowers. The kit contains a set of special steel shredding blades and a steel case, which are easily fixed to any of our mowers. The mower blades mow the grass finely and evenly because they keep so close to the contours of the ground. At the same time the special blades, which are mounted on the same axle, shred the newly mown grass and and/or leaves mixed together inside the case. The mulched grass is then spread over the ground. There are no problems with blocked mower wheels, because a special scraper makes sure that no lumps accumulate. One of the best things about the Mulching and Recycle System is that it cuts down on the time and money spent on picking up, moving and disposing of all those grass cuttings. Another plus is that the shredded grass and leaves make wonderful natural compost – not too wet, not too dry - which is recycled into the biological chain without doing any damage.
