Black Cercosporiosis is a fungal disease affecting banana trees, primarily targeting the last leaves emitted. The disease leads to leaf necrosis, making timely and effective fungicide application crucial. The Banart system was developed to optimize fungicide application by targeting the upper leaves where the disease is most prevalent.

Product Overview
The Banart is a telescopic cannon designed for banana plantations, featuring a compact chassis (1m wide, 1.5m long) and available with either a 330 or 440-liter tank. It is specialized for treating banana plants up to 5.5 meters high. The system includes a 2.2-meter high telescopic gun extendable to 5.5 meters, equipped with a triple forklift truck and a 300mm extendable tube.

Technical Specifications
The cannon head features a double adjustable outlet with diffusers mounted on spheres for directional flow control. It includes a 3-position diaphragm for selective nozzle use, with anti-drift nozzles. The system operates with a powerful centrifugal turbine suitable for 50-70 HP tractors, providing an air volume of 18,000-20,000 cubic meters per hour and an air speed of 180-200 km/h. This ensures optimal range and control, even in windy conditions (10-25 km/h).

Performance and Efficiency
The Banart system offers a 12-meter range per side, allowing for 24-meter intervals between passes in plantations. This enhances treatment effectiveness by spraying from above, targeting the upper leaf surfaces where diseases are most prevalent. Compared to traditional sprayers, Banart provides more homogeneous and efficient coverage, reducing work time and improving treatment efficacy.

Two models are available: Banart 300 and Banart 400, with respective capacities of 330 and 440 liters. Both models feature a pressure range of 0-25 bar, a turbine range of 12+12 meters, and a weight of 500 kg.
