Specifications
The manure injector is available in models ranging from 3m to 7m with foldaway options. It features a DosiMat LVX dispenser with 8 outputs for precise distribution. The system includes new blades for optimized cutting and is available with either a basic or reinforced frame. Each ripper is equipped with a stainless steel knife gate valve and a double-acting hydraulic jack.

Procedures
The polyethylene hose reel pipe follows the tractor's movements, ensuring uniform manure distribution without wear or crushing. A speed table helps determine the quantity of manure injected. The system allows for the injection of up to 200 cubic meters per hour without environmental impact, eliminating odor issues and making organic substances available for future crops.

System Components
The system includes an underground PE pipeline, a PE "T" connection, a motor pump, a Casella irrigator, a manure injection ripper, a manure tank, and an injection path. A particular galvanized joint and quick coupling connect the hose reel.

Operational Details
During field operations, the manure is injected at a depth of 20-30 cm. A hydraulic valve interrupts the manure flow during direction reversals. An electronic control valve unit on the pump manages pressure changes, opening and closing the discharge valve as needed.

Alternative Distribution
An alternative distribution method uses a galvanized hose reel with a rubber flat hose. The rear roller can be manually adjusted.
