Overview: Demco offers a range of field sprayers with capacities of 850, 1050, and 1250 gallons, featuring hydraulic front fold booms and a unique hydraulic glide suspension system. These sprayers are designed to minimize crop damage and can be customized with various boom and pump options.

Hydraulic Front Fold Booms: The booms are equipped with a nitrogen-charged accumulator system, leveling linkage, and shock absorbers to ensure a smooth ride. A live hydraulic control block requires only one set of remote outlets for all boom functions.

Hydraulic Glide Suspension: This system makes the boom wings weightless, automatically adjusting for uneven terrain using glide wheels with puncture-proof tires. Operators can adjust the precharge on the wing lift cylinders via a cab-mounted console.

Configurations: The sprayers are available with different boom sizes: 45', 60', 66', and 80/90'. The 50 Series Sprayers have a shorter hitch pin to axle length, reducing crop damage. Accessories include electric motorized ball valves, a 7-gallon chemical eductor, and an optional Astro II GPS Speed Sensor for use with the Raven® 450 control system.

Features: Key features include a fold-away ladder for safe tank access, a large storage compartment, a single tube hitch frame for improved turning, and center-mounted pump and plumbing for better priming. The sprayers also have a 50 mesh main filter, 60 mesh feeder line filters, and a 160 lb. glycerin-filled gauge.

Tank Features: The tanks have a 16” flip-top lid, high-volume jet agitators, a 100-gallon 2-stage sump, an external liquid site gauge, a 120-gallon rear-mounted rinse tank, and a 2 1/2-gallon hand wash tank.

Boom Features: The booms include an accumulator system, center pivot suspension, hydraulic boom breakaway, stainless steel hose and boom clamps, and independent wing folds. The 90' boom can fold to spray at 60', and transport widths are 9' 6" for smaller booms and 12' for the 80/90' boom.

Specifications: All models have a 30” ground clearance, 8 or 10 bolt hub sizes, and tire options of 13.6 x 38 bias or 320/90R46. The hitch pin to axle length is 140" across all models.
