TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OPTICAL SYSTEM: ● Ultimate RGB Full-color cameras in front of product’s flow, allows the perfect control and sorting accuracy. ● Combined with HSI software system. The system works in the visible spectrum looking almost like the human eye ● Scan rate: 18.000 times/s ● Optical resolution: 0,2 mm ● The software can control 16 families of defects ● Shape-sizing integrated into the system ● Control and adjustment of the defect size ● LED lighting and background (UV neon for leaded glass version) EJECTION SYSTEM ● All models can be equipped with one or two lines of ejectors: 2-ways standard version or 3-ways version (optional) ELECTRONIC SYSTEM ● Organized in electronic boards of easy substitution, and of latest technology ● Self-control functions (self-diagnosis and self-calibration) guarantee excellent operational stability ● 15” color touch screen, intuitive graphics and multilingual interface ● The interface allows to directly control the product real images and to modify the recipes in an easy and fast way ● The Windows 7 embedded graphic interface assures an easy connection to company network and to remote assistance systems. ● Ethernet connection allows real-time monitoring and web-based remote assistance MECHANICS ● Available versions: medium (M) and large (L) for separation of CSP (ceramic, stone, porcelain), metals, other contaminations, and for color sorting (flint, amber, green and others) ● Tempered glass chute ● The horizontal vibrating feeder can be divided into two sections to handle two different sized materials ● Pressurization and airtight optical boxes prevent dust entering ● Automatic air and water cleaning system ● The cooling system grants the ideal temperature inside the optical boxes ● The two doors on top of the machine can be opened for cleaning and maintenance Special version available for leaded glass separation.
