Patented variety, property of Consorzio Italiano Vivaisti (C.I.V.) Ripening time: 30 - 35 days after Gala Plant: It is a mid season variety, highly productive. The fruits are of big size, with elongated shape (Stark type). The colour is light pink over green background. Fruit: large size and elongated shape (as Stark). The colour of the fruit is pink on a green background. The flesh is very firm (9,5 Kg at harvest time) with fine texture and good juiciness. The flavour is slightly acidic with a global excellent eating quality. The fruit is very resistant on the tree and it preserved very well also in the cold store once harvested.
