- ASB100: Machine dimensions are 6.50 feet in width, 16.0 feet in length, and 7.50 feet in height, with a total weight of 3,300 kg. It features a hopper capacity of 600 kg and operates with a digital controller powered by a 12V system. The power source can be a 35 HP tractor PTO at 540 RPM or a 20 HP electric motor. The compaction density is 650 kg/cm3, and it can produce bales weighing between 90 to 110 kg.
- ASB60: Similar in operation but produces smaller bales weighing 60 to 80 kg.
- Hopper & Conveyor System: The hopper can hold up to 600 kg, sufficient for 6-7 bales, with a conveyor capacity of 125 kg/min.
- Digital Control Panel: Allows easy operation with programmable wrapping layers and bale weight settings.
- External & Internal Wrapping Units: Both units are programmable for the number of layers, with automatic bale count and ejection features. The wrapping film is UV protected.
- Operator Platform: Elevated for easy monitoring of operations.
- Compression Chamber: Features automatic pressure control with a compaction rate of 650 kg/m3.
- Alarm and red light warning system.
