Overview
The ROLLOMAXIMUM is a premium precision seedbed cultivator designed for efficient and accurate seedbed preparation in a single pass. It features front and rear roller sections for consistent working depth and optimal soil leveling and consolidation, enhancing seedbed quality.

Concept and Design
The ROLLOMAXIMUM combines a 4-row seedbed cultivator with a cracker board, leveling board, and two roller sections. It is engineered to improve germination for high-value crops, achieving high capacity without compromising work quality. The cultivator operates through six zones, including a wheel track eradicator, cracker board, roller sections, tine sections, leveling board, and rear Crosskill roller.

Performance and Specifications
The ROLLOMAXIMUM can increase yields by up to 1.5 tonnes/hectare, particularly for beet, maize, and specialist crops. It is available in various models with working widths from 6.2 to 12.4 meters and folds to 3 meters for transport. The cultivator requires a minimum of 225 horsepower and operates at depths of 3-15 cm.

Standard Equipment
Features include fully hydraulic folding, LED lighting, high-tensile steel frames, DUOFLEX hydraulic weight distribution, automatic transport security, and a 4-row tine section with 8 cm spacing. Additional features on larger models include hydraulic brakes and parallel-suspended cracker boards.

Harrow Section
The harrow sections are divided into 1.58 or 1.89 m sections with 4 rows of heavy-duty tines. The hydraulic depth adjustment allows for stepless depth settings from 3 to 15 cm.

Cracker Board and Roller
The cracker board features hydraulically adjustable tines for effective clod crushing and soil leveling. The cast iron Crosskill roller prepares a fine seedbed with optimal germination conditions.

Technical Data
Models range from ROLLOMAXIMUM 620 to 1240, with transport widths of 3.00 m and varying weights and power requirements. The number of tines and cracker board tines increases with model size.

Accessories and Extra Equipment
Optional accessories include bogie U-ring packers, track eradicators, cage rollers, air brakes, and EU-homologation for certain models.
