Installation Instructions:

Step A: Attach ScraperRope™ to the scraper unit.
Step B: Secure ScraperRope™ to the tensioner by making a strap, inserting a punch, pulling the strap with a come-along, tying off with an overhand knot, and cutting off the end. Tighten with the tensioner.
Step C: Start the scraper unit and run one revolution.
Step D: Adjust slack as needed.
Step E: Frequently check and adjust tension during the break-in period.

Important Considerations:

Protect the rope at wear points.
Always tape 2 inches before cutting the ScraperRope™ and cut in the middle.
ScraperRope™ is specifically for alley scraper applications.
