• Bar uses a center linkage with two cylinders attached. One cylinder is for folding and the second is for wing “Kick Up”. This feature “kicks” the wings up 8 degrees to avoid knocking crops down when turning on headlands. • The “Kick Up” cylinder and “Folding” cylinder are on two separate hydraulic blocks so when the tool bar is unfolded the bar will be in the “Kicked” up position. This feature prevents the coulters from crashing into the ground. • Hydraulic down pressure to keep coulters in the ground. Down pressure can easily be adjusted without the use of tools. • The 40' bar has built in flex that allows the inner wing to move 8 degrees above and below horizontal. • The bar can be folded from 40' to 30' by folding the outer wings. 3 Point 40' TOOL BAR Gauge Wheels: Two 20.5x8" 10 ply gauge wheels, one mounted on each wing. Gauge wheels come standard with two removable pins for quick and easy in field adjustment. Coulter Brand: Shield or Yetter coulters available in multiple blade designs for either knife or injection. Ace or Hypro pumps available in cast or stainless steel.
