General Description
The Aspiration Boxes are designed to remove dust from circuits, available in widths of 250 mm or 500 mm. They are compact, requiring less than 1.0 m for installation and can be directly fitted onto the inlet of a bucket elevator. The design includes a simple pipe that acts as an air column to enhance separation accuracy. The counterweighted flap adjusts automatically to maintain an even grain curtain, preventing bottlenecks even at high throughput levels. The boxes are coated with a high-quality paint finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance, comparable to automotive industry standards, while being environmentally friendly.

Functioning
The Aspiration Boxes function by directing dust-laden air towards a cyclone at the outlet. The air column can be extended for improved accuracy, and light impurities are blown away by the air across the grain curtain. An aspiration fan with an adjustment feature increases air speed, aiding in the removal of light impurities. At the inlet, the counterweight flap maintains a consistent grain layer, ensuring an even curtain of grain despite irregular flow.

Characteristics
The equipment meets safety and strength standards. The Aspiration Boxes are available in two models: BCD 250 and BCD 500. The BCD 250 model has an output of 20 to 150 t/h, a height of 1,650 mm, a fan power of 1.1 kW, an air flow of 60 m3/min, and weighs 90 kg. The BCD 500 model has an output of 40 to 100 t/h, a height of 1,104 mm, a fan power of 2.2 kW, an air flow of 90 m3/min, and weighs 150 kg. These specifications are based on wheat with specific weight 0.75 and humidity 16%.
