General Description
DENIS cyclones are designed to purify air discharged by grain-cleaning equipment, collecting light impurities. They are essential for various cleaning processes of cereals, offering simplicity, environmental friendliness, and cost-effectiveness. Performance and Durability
These cyclones are time and cost-saving, with air capacities of 60, 90, or 150 m3/min, and require no maintenance. The paint quality involves sand blasting, primer application, phosphate cleaning, and a final oven-baked finish, ensuring corrosion resistance comparable to automotive standards.

Functioning
The cyclones operate by introducing dust-laden air into the top, where the airflow slows, allowing impurities to fall along the conical sides. Purified air exits through a large diameter exhaust at the top, while wastes slide down to a bagger at the bottom.
